Welcome to the X-Manor! This is an Xmen site, not based
on the movies, comics, or cartoons. We do allow canons though, and original characters
are more then welcome. This site is mainly based on the School.

In order to be fully knowledgable about this site, you're required to read everything within this board. Things such as the Rules, the Plot, and so on are located here. All of these things are must-reads, therefore, we expect you to read them before developing your character.
Say hello and introduce yourself, we want to know who the person is behind the character. And, not to mention, everyone loves to have similar interests as another person, so we want to know who you are. Also, if you have to disappear for a few days, be sure to let us know so that we don't delete your account while your away.
Behind the scenes, the staffers need to chat about the upcoming events, updates, and so on. This is where we do all of our brilliant master-mind work just for all of you guys. It's locked from members, because everything in here is highly confidential; top secret; let's keep it on the hush-hush.
This is where all of the magic happens. You fill out the application for your character, you post it in the pending board and then a staff checks it. If it's accepted, it'll be moved to the 'Approved' board... and if it's denied, it'll be moved to the 'Denied' board. Also, please stop by in order to do your claims; there's also a Character Graveyard for future refrencing.
Characters that've been accepted are placed here. All of the files of the mutants, humans, etc. are placed here in order to learn about the characters themselves. Also, after you've been approved, we would like you to go to the claims board and fill out the form(s) there.
This board is all for your characters. To develop them further by the use of relationship plots, photo albums, journals, etc. This is also a way to get more inside your character's head to play them to the best of your ability. These are not required but are recommended, because they give your character more depth.
The lawns and such that surround the X-Manor are often cluttered with students during the day. However, at night, it has an eery moonlight glow, casting all strangers away and scaring the younger students if they try to sneak out. A general smoke wisps across the grounds around three a.m., leaving the aura of the school to be mysterious and a little creepy. This is mostly to keep humans away from the institute so that they will decide to stray from the idea of revealing the mutants.
Beneath the Bottom Floor, and into the depths of below the school, the basement is a locked area where only staff is allowed. Students are often caught trying to sneak a peek, but there's really not a chance due to the eye scanner and high-alert security system that was placed in so that strangers nor kids could get below the Bottom Floor. Also, the walls are created out of a rare metallic material, making it so that those who can walk through walls are still not able to get through without absolute permission from all of the professors.
Walk into the school and you find yourself here. You arrive in the entry way; to your left is where the dorms are located. If you go down that hallway, there will be Girl Dorms to the left and Boy Dorms to the right. Turn around, come back to the entry way, and the library is just across the entry way from the front door.
After coming in through the entry way, there is a staircase leading to the First Floor from the Bottom Floor. Now, on this First Floor, the Nurse's Office and such are located here. It's identical to the lower floor as in layout wise, making it rather easy to work through. Except that, where the Dorm wing is on the Bottom Floor, there are the Classrooms instead.
From the First Floor, there is another staircase that leads to the Second Floor. As like the last two floors, it does indeed have the same layout but different rooms. Located to the left from the stairs is a hallway that leads to the Recreational Room and the Computer Lab. Straight ahead is where the Guest Dorms are located and to the right is where the Experimental and Reviving Lab is placed.
Password-Protected RPGs Anyone who has created an rpg that they really don't want the public to see, or is mature and they don't feel comfortable with people seeing it, can put their rpg threads here. Moderator: Wolverine
Physical Education is taught by Shelby Hanson. This class is set up into different sections or electives that you can sign up for. The kids ages 6 up to 11 have Individual and Team Sports. Here you will have units over different sports. 12 and up can either take Weight Training which involves several exercises and weight lifting. You may also take Aerobics which is also known as Yoga.
Taught by Professor Grey, this is where mutants whose ability rely on a slightly higher level of reality then energy blasts and fireballs. Here Jean teaches anything from Telepathy to the ability to create illusions and anything in-between. The classroom looks like any other, but often it's empty, because Jean often takes her class into the Danger Room for their Period.
Banks aren't that significant when it comes to the Mutant community, but you can bet it's one of the places with the most crime in this city. One of the largest safes in the world, it's located in the far back of the bank itself. Now, deep under the Bank and Accounting areas, is where there are actual files of previous mutants in the world. As in, even the ones from the X-Manor and the unknown mutants that have never shared their secret. Richardson's Bank has been here for quite some time now, and is still a front for the confidential files belonging to Professor X.
There are multiple restaraunts that are available.. It's always nice to get out and have a meal every now and then. Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, American, Fast Food, and so many more places to eat are available. Don't be shy and try the things that you haven't ordered before. Where would a town be without any type of places to go out when it comes to food?
Not everyone in the city is allowed to live at the X-Manor. Humans have the right to their own homes as well. There are plenty of homes and houses to choose from, or even to visit. Apartments, houses, cottages, and the like are located throughout the city for those who need homes. Of course, there are still break-ins and robberies, but when you have a roof over your head, not much else matters.
The station is divided up into three levels. The main floor houses the dispatch and traffic unit as well as the front desk. It’s here that someone can report a crime in person to the front desk and request ride-a-longs. To get beyond the front desk area to the traffic and dispatch units or to the stairs and elevators leading up requires a FOB key. The basement level, below the main level houses the narcotics and homicide bureaus as well as the suspect interview rooms, holding cells, and the booking area. The second storey, above the main level, houses the detectives’ bureau and administrative offices.
