north ridge. a dying city, kept alive by wannabe musicians, stereotypical teenagers, and adults who simply don't care. no rules, no laws, no sense of organization. most are able to survive the madness, others can't. you either make yourself intimidating or you sit back with those who prefer to hide out. can you take it?
