Entering the manor, one steps into the parlor. Mostly, it’s an empty space interrupted by a staircase, but there is a grandfather clock that perches in one corner as well as a few plants, mostly tended to by Storm. A cream colored couch sits against a wall and a small wood and cream marble coffee table sit in front of it. It’s a great place for visitors to wait. On the opposite wall is the door leading to the kitchen, and beneath the stairwell is the broom closet. The door to the living room sits on the same wall as the kitchen. Both are kept closed for obvious reasons.

More or less, ironically enough, it looks like your standard kitchen but bigger. Large enough to suit roughly eight people at a large, oak dining table sat in the center of the room, there are windows with seats set into them. The cabinets are oak and constantly filled with all manners of dry food, canned soups, and just about anything to snack on. The fridge is metal and oak, piled in with leftovers, fresh fruits and vegetables, drinks ranging from juice and milk to sodas. The range stove is electric. There’s a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a coffee pot… the works, all available for student and staff use at any time. Just try and be quiet at night.

An area that looks somewhat like a bunch of teens are living there. There is a television against the North wall. A few video game systems are stored in the cabinet beside it, but they aren’t hooked in as it’s a pretty rare day that they are played extensively. A book case and a reclining chair curl in one corner beside the full windows that look out into the yard. There is a working fire place close to the book shelf, and tan couches are spread throughout the place. They tend to get rearranged frequently to suit the needs of the room. For the most part, it’s neat, but it’s not really known for being a quiet place to relax except on holiday when students are visiting family.
