Abilities: Scott has the ability to morph into any vertebrate with a body plan and mass that is similar to a human's. To transform into a spider or mouse would be impossible. A jaguar or deer would be easy candidates. In animal form he retains the mental state of human and physical form of whatever animal he chooses. The rate of transformation varies on size and physical condition. Average sized animals can usually happen between 10-20 seconds to complete.
Ability Limits: If he is severely injured, he has to stay put in his current form until he recovers. For example a broken limb in human form would prevent him from morphing and vice-versa.

GENERAL APPEARANCE---
Scott's demeanor is generally relaxed and his gait, loping. Still rather lanky as he's still filling out the bulk of his frame. The most recognizable facial features consist of lackadaisical eyes and one sided grin. His complexion is dusky, causing a contrast with his lighter colored eyes. Some would agree he could take a little better care of himself, hair is usually wild and clothes well worn.
Wardrobe: Scott doesn't get too attached to clothes, since unplanned transformations sometimes destroys them. Usually an old pair of jeans, and t-shirt or flannel will do. Shoes are simple street shoes, sometimes seen with duck tape to seal tears.

Scott had been deprived of human contact and socializing for a better part of his life. Now that he's come around he feels there is a hole in his life that needs to be filled and is constantly seeking the company and approval of others. He may come off as intense or just overtly friendly. Scott despite recently becoming an adult still seems caught in childhood. He's playful can be silly sometimes. Although it usually ends with someone's feelings hurt and not being aware of the situation until someone has to tell it to him. But usually the comedy is unintentional, though he's willing to laugh at his mistakes. Socializing is something he hasn't had much of in his past, so often cultural references fall on deaf ears or polite gestures are abandoned and can sometimes come off as down right rude.
