Vincent Alphonse James !
[/size]Full Name: Vincent Alphonse James
Nicknames: Vinny
Codename: Hurricane
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Birthday: October 18th
Species: Mutant
Orientation: Heterosexual
Status: Single
Face Claim: Alex Frost
Student/Professor/Occupation: Mutant activist -- scam artist
Which side are you on?: Brotherhood
Abilities:
Aerokinesis -- Hurricane's dominant power is the power of aerokinesis/ the power to control and create bursts of winds. With this power comes a wide array of abilities Vinny has, but more specifically, he has the ability to create incredible forces of gale winds, amplify their speeds and send it off in the form of a hurricane. During these hurricanes, it has been reported that trees had been broken, damages to houses were evident, and large amount of debris is visible.
Gale winds attacks -- A series of abilities that Vinny has exploited as he will use his winds to knock opponents off their feet, create wind 'shields' around him which pushes people away/causes debris.
Flight -- Lastly, with his strong winds focused on him, Vinny has the ability to ascend into the air. While he wouldn't go further than a couple of feet into the air, the speeds in which he flies can be increased.
Ability Limits: The harder/faster/larger his winds, the more exhausted he can get. Not to mention that his power relies on debris of catching the upper hand on his opponent.
Character: Original
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Alex being a person who cherishes his appearance, has his hair in a very kept and clean manner, making sure it never gets too long or messy. The unique thing about his hair is, whenever it gets to be too much or a chore, it can be turned into a buzzcut (though it grows pretty quickly)
Body Type: His body is above average, though nothing at bodybuilder proportion. His pectoral muscles are evident as well as his biceps and triceps, abs are not massive but evident, though he still has some more work to make them stand out.
Weight: 150lbs
Height: 6'0
Flaws: Has a bit of an annoying laugh, superiority complex, completely obsessive with his appearance.
Favorite:
Hurricane takes pride in his hair, as he will always be found smoothing it and grooming it, during any situation (nervousness, excitement, etc)
GENERAL APPEARANCE---
He is the self-proclaimed definition of dashing. While a bit average for a person of his age, Vinny's appearance has little to any flaws as he spends a great deal on meticulous grooming and such. Not to say that he is drop-dead gorgeous, though he has been dubbed to be quite a looker from his facial features to his body type. To begin, Vinny has taken consideration of his looks and has shaped them to never go overboard. For example, he would never over-gel his hair, though he would never go outside of the box and dye it. With a New York accent, sometimes shifting to Italian dialect, Vinny is a unique one. To say the least, he keeps his appearance in a very conservative, business fashion.
His body type, from his fight training, has definition and tone, though nothing too exaggerated. Evident are his biceps and triceps, pecs and back, though still trying to pop are his abs, calves, traps, etc. Still, he boasts perfection with his body and has gotten comfortable with getting it marked. On the right side of his shoulder down to that same breast happens to be a tribal tattoo with the word "La Rivoluzione" -- The Revolution in Italian.
Wardrobe:
When it comes to wardrobe, Vincent has a need to dress in all formal attires. He has made it his staple to make formal attires such as dress shirts, blazers, shoes, to be something normally worn. While he won't always dress like he's going to a wedding, he will throw in a couple of teenage and trendy clothing items. For example, with any attire (unless it's actual formal occasions), he favors black canvas sneakers more than anything. He also seems to favor leather jackets and slim fit jeans. For Vinny, he has no favorite color, he mainly sticks to dark or conventional colors (white, navy, black, etc).
When fighting, however, he has a uniform which is comfortable enough to move around in, yet stylish enough to satisfy him. His uniform would consist of mainly Under-Armour compression shirt and leggings (made to breathe but still fitted and stretchy) complete wit canvas sneakers.

GENERAL PERSONALITY---
Vinny, by all means, is positively in love with the mirror. He takes his appearance and actions high in consideration and places them first, risking personal safety or the safety of others. With this, while Vinny does not flaunt his grooming or looks at others, it still makes him egotistical. Vinny's ego is created by the belief that he belongs to the next step of evolution, thus, is better than everybody else. It can be amplified by him winning fights, accomplishing feats or just shining his shoes... again. But not only does Vinny focus on his looks; his poise and 'swagger' is evident and flaunted. Unlike many teens, Vinny keeps an erect and confident posture: head looking forward, shoulders relaxed and a mischievous smile on his face. He finds having class to be incredibly important and will point out when others do not act with class. Although, there are some things he finds to classy or normal, which some view as the complete opposite. For example, he condones the genocide of a species.
Vinny is also a flirt. While he has never met a girl which he could be truly happy with (or would want to), he continues to latch himself on the arm of a pretty girl. The bad side about Vinny's flirtatious ways is he is a bit manipulative and cold about it. He has found himself to hook up with a person for his own use, only to cut them off. It is a bit ambiguous to Vinny if he is emotionally fearful with falling in love or meeting a girl in which he would have met his match.
Vinny is a strong advocate of mutant domination and would act upon those beliefs in violent fashions. A negative trait about Vinny is that he is, in fact, violent. Although with his violent nature, he goes about it in a tactical way -- he would taunt the other person and coerce them into fighting him. Why? If they swing the first punch, then Vinny soon learns a bit about their fighting style, their thinking, the threat they pose and if they are a challenge. This is where Vinny's logical side pops in. Not only is he logical in the method of fighting, but he is intelligent in a lot of different fields. Most notably, his favorite fields where his intelligence really soars are in politics, human society, manipulation, and war tactics.
Although those qualities may seem to make Vinny seem like quite the unlikeable person, it is quite the opposite actually. From living with his saint-like sisters to not being a complete asshole, Vinny has some qualities that shines that would make him an OK-sort of person.
Vinny is a loyal person; betrayal is cowardice and is not classy. When Vinny chose an allegiance, he has made it his personal goal to stay with it until his death. When he came to the conclusion that he was apart of the superior species and he joined the brotherhood, he noted that nothing would change his views. He would either lead the dominate species of mutants into the future or would die.
Vinny is also like any normal person. He's still nineteen so naturally, he loves to live in the fast lane. He's one of the boys who are fond of sports and checking out the cutest girl, then going club-hopping only to end the night with a couple of Hard Lemonade. Therefore, if you can get on his good side, then he's like any other person. About Vinny's good side: he's easy to get along with.

GENERAL HISTORY---
In the James household, the favorites were played amongst males. Viiny's father, Dante, absolutely adored his son and gave him the love and attention which his own father did not show. Dante declared that he would raise a normal family... away from any mutant business. Why? Because Dante's own father was a mutant and a drinker, which Dante deduced that he drank because he was a mutant, therefore destroying the father-son relationship they had. Thankfully, Dante was not a mutant although the X-gene was found in his DNA, he just so happened to be a carrier. Worst-case scenario was, it would have been passed down to a child, though he was determined not to let something like that happen. Which was when he met Beatrix, they soon had their first daughter.
Life was getting better for the trio as the two began to get stable jobs. Because of Dante's physique and healthy lifestyle, he was a professional trainer to some high-end people who wanted to either gain weight, maintain a fit lifestyle, or gain a beach-bod physique. Beatrix moved up the corporate ladder and soon reached a satisfiable position in her job. The family was living a picture-perfect life, moving into a home in Manhattan and soon getting the urge to get another child.
This time, Dante was lucky enough to get the son he always wanted. Unfortunately (although unknown to the James's), that son happened to be a mutant. However, the X-gene was dormant and unseen by doctors, therefore, he was perceived as normal. The family was ecstatic with their life and things got along great. Then, sometime after Vinny was born, there came another baby. After that, the family was moving smoothly and happily. Well, except the relationship between Vinny and his father. His father, wanting to mold Vinny into the person that he was, was relentless to make Vinny into his image. With athletics and such, Vinny was alright with. However, the thoughts of superiority was constantly being shoved down his throat.
"Vinny, you gotta be number one. You can never be anything less than the best!" He always said. Instead of building a relationship, Vinny found him to be annoying, though living up to his expectation.
Vinny was ignorant to the fact that he was a mutant, although he came to the stunning realization one faithful day. During lunch, his younger sister had gotten into a conflict with her boyfriend which seemed to draw the attention of surrounding students. Apparently her boyfriend who was more possessive of his 'property', was about to get violent, until Vinny intervened. The two fought and later in the fight, a strong wind started to blow. That wind, mixed with Vinny's anger, seemed to dance around Vinny as he began to throw lightning fast punches at his opponent, then finally missing a punch but sending the bully flying across the parking lot; his first encounter of using his gale winds. The school was astounded and Vinny was shocked... but then, he liked it.
During the course of the month, Vinny learned how to better summon his mutant abilities and would often try to use them to practice better, though he slowly progressed. Accepting that he was different than other people, he began stick up for them and tried to research it, though the resources were limited, except for few radical mutants who had their arguments scattered around forums and articles, saying that mutants were the dominant species and the next step of evolution. Vinny had great pride in knowing that he was already better than his father and many people, not because of talent or good looks or anything of the sort. He was just born better.
However, news didn't stay quiet as the parent of the bully summoned Vinny's parents for a conference. They couldn't rule it out as a lawsuit as it just seemed like a regular fight (to many's eyes anyway) but given the details, Vinny's father knew exactly what his son possessed. The love for his son dissipated and when they got home, Dante exploded.
"You're a mutant!"
The two argued about it and finally, Dante told Vinny that he failed as a son and is a disgrace to the Jame's name. Instead of feeling sad and broken, Vinny smiled and accepted the fact that his father was merely acting to prove his dominance, something that was futile. How could you dominate something that was proven better than you? It was then Vinny broke all ties with his father and finally said goodbye to his mother and sisters, the people who actually sympathized for him and he left the home, taking all of his stuff and the essentials, of course.
It was a couple of days later when Vinny was introduced to the Brotherhood of mutants, after he was spotted by one during a late-night flight.Alias: Batman /Devon

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE---"It told you, I have the right to refuse service to anybody I feel like! It's my store, its my rules, and its my decision! Now get your scaly skin, sewer-sweatin' ass outta my store before I knock the DNA outta ya'!" The store owner screamed. All eyes happened to turn to the 'show', though nobody happened to say anything. Strike that, people who were in earshot (and who wasn't in the little bistro that sat on the Times Square strip) shook their head in agreement as the hungry, physically-challenged mutant was sent out of the establishment. It was the everyday mutant prejudice that many mutants had to face. The same one in which many humans displayed. The same one which Vinny was fighting against.
Fingers drummed on the desk as the Manhattan mutant bit his bottom lip, trying to stifle his anger. Vinny was one of the lucky mutants to have the appearance of a human but the qualities of a mutant. He truly sympathized for the mutant who had gotten the boot and while he didn't say anything at that moment (after all, he was adjusting the collar on his polo), he had made it his personal business to do something about the store... and the store owner. So, he had to catch that mutant before he disappeared.
"Hey waitress, I'm done here." He stated, rising out of his seat and smoothing out his leather jacket. As he was leaving, the owner stopped him.
"Hey buddy," he began, "I appreciate your patronage, I really do... but, you gotta start tippin' the waitresses, ya know"
A sly smile crept on Vinny's face. "Oh yeah, don't worry guy. I'll be back later and I'll give you a big tip. I'll give the whole store a big tip." He said as the two shared a laugh. Vinny loved the fake smile he could toss at people. As he left the bistro, Vinny began to search for the mutant. It took him a while, but eventually the two happened to meet. Vinny then introduced himself and explained how the mutant prejudice had to be taken care of, starting with the bistro. The two had made a pact to come around in the same area before closing, sealing the deal with a handshake.
It was about thirty minutes before closing and the waiters and such were cleaning up. Vinny made his way to the front door, lightly tapping until the owner made his way there. The owner then unlocked it and shook Vinny's hand, confused on why he was visiting so late.
"Hey, remember the tip I said I would give you? I have it but before I give it to you, I just thought I should inform you of the... well, m-u-t-a-n-t-s on the side of your store digging in your garbage." The owner's face began to turn beet red from the rage as the two strolled to the side of the store, only to see some overturned garbage cans. The owner grunted, swore, and went deep inside the alleyway.
"Hey kid, gimme a hand here, huh? Filthy mutants." He said. Vinny then nodded and began to walk his way, shaking his head.
"You know, mutants aren't as filthy as they seem. They're... well, we're the next step of evolution. You humans are the obstacle to be overcome and like the revolutionists that we are," Vinny spoke, motioning for his mutant friend to come down with a lead pipe. "We intend to get over each obstacle... one by one."
The owner's eyes widened in fear as he fell back and endured a flurry of hits from a lead pipe and Vinny's fists and feet. It lasted almost a minute for the owner's nose to leak blood and for his body to sustain other injuries, as the two made their way to the front of the bistro. Vinny lifted his arms into the air, summoning a large amount of gale winds as it whipped pass and shattered the windows and began to throw the chairs, tables, and the like about. The other mutant wreaked havoc as well, stealing anything he could and destroying anything that could get them in trouble. As they began to hear sirens in the distance, the two thanked each other and parted ways. Vinny looked back at his work and reached inside his pocket, pulling out his comb.
"We're the future." He declared, walking down the street whilst combing his hair. He stopped in the window to fix himself up and as he saw the cars getting nearer, he smirked, began to lift himself up in the air, and flew to the Brotherhood hideout.
