outfit 293 words. The damp, cold grass made Selena shiver slightly as she stepped to the wishing fountain. High on the lack of sleep she smiled slightly and touched the water with her finger tip. It was at least one am by then and the five foot girl looked slightly odd staring at the reflection in the mirror. She was calm and content at the time and looked around. She saw two kids sneaking out but she was sure that they hadn't seen her. So Selena thought to keep her mouth shut. Selena had been sneaking out a few times but tonight she just wanted to get up and do something since she couldn't get herself to sleep.
Dressed only in a black tank top and grey pj bottoms she stood up on the edge and walked along, shivering and ignoring the nagging, dead voice in her head. Sitting back down she wondered what would happen if someone saw her. She wondered what would happen if Wolverine saw her. On one side of things she was terrified of him on the other, she wanted to know about him. She wanted to talk to him and listen to him and have coffee with him. Selena knew that was a never going to happen though.
Selena had kept it well under wraps that she was in the loony bin at one point. She often enough didn't tell people about her powers. Some students knew but when asked she would just tell them that she could read aura's. Which was true, she could do that too. Turning back to the water she smiled into the reflection, seeing what her smile looked like. She didn't hate her smile. She kind of liked it. It made her look a lot happier.

"Why the hell is there never any food in the fridge?!" Wolverine growled as he slammed the fridge door shut, and took a large bite out of a leftover chicken leg. He was starving and just wanted to find some good food to eat but it seemed like there was never anything in the fridge, just some salads and old leftovers. Wolverine had managed to find the piece of chicken in a container with some vegetables, the container marked with somebodies name on it. He paid no attention to the name, or the vegetables. Instead he had just grabbed the chicken and tossed the container back in the fridge. That seemed to be the only good food he could find in the kitchen. Pissed off about the food situation, Wolverine stormed out of the kitchen.
It was another one of those nights where Wolverine just didn't feel like sleeping. He was a little tired, but not much. He was more hungry and pissed off than anything. Wolverine marched his way out of the manor, not wanting to just hang around when he couldn't sleep. He took another bite of the chicken as he walked around, with no certain destination. Sometimes when he couldn't sleep and didn't feel like going out he would just walk around in, or outside the manor. As Wolverine was walking he picked up a scent of students. He couldn't tell exactly who they were but he knew they were not adults. He growled as he began following where he thought they were going. Soon he came to the wishing fountain, without even realizing he was there. He growled as he continued following the students. He had many ideas of things he was going to do to the students when he caught up to them, and he knew he was going to catch up to them. There was nowhere they could hide. "I've got you now" Wolverine said to himself as he walked faster towards the students.
Since Wolverine was completely focused on the two kids sneaking around, he didn't notice the girl that was sitting by the fountain. He was aimed right at her without realizing it, and soon he tripped on something, it could have been the girl but he was unsure. It caused him to misstep and almost lose his balance but he was able to catch himself. He did end up tossing his chicken in the fountain though, and once he was able to stop and think about what just happened, he was not happy. Wolverine growled loudly and turned himself to face the girl. "What the hell are you doing just sitting there?!" He yelled at her. He then turned back around to see if the kids had wandered off, which they did. He growled louder and turned back towards the girl. "You shouldn't just be sitting there getting into people's way!" Wolverine yelled again. It was obvious that he was not happy. Wolverine was usually in a bad mood and when he was in a worse mood it was not a good idea to get near him. He was getting to the point of being in a worse mood, and he certainly was not happy that the only piece of good food he could find was now soaking in the fountain. Wolverine stood there growling at the girl waiting for her excuse as to why she was hanging around at the fountain.

The small, fifteen year old girl heard someone come through. As she looked up it was none other than Wolverine. "Fuck." She muttered under her breath and looked away, silently hoping he wouldn't notice her but she knew that probably wouldn't happen and of course, he noticed her but not in the way she thought he would. He tripped and tossed his chicken into the fountian and he snapped at her. Selena heard his words but she was too distant in her own thoughts to care. The only thing she could think of was that he was eating chicken. The thought of eating meat made her cringe and want to look away but she just blinked twice, taking several moments to respond.
"Oh," Selena began "I'm sorry." She said in a calm tone. The girl wasn't sure how she should react because he was visibly pissed. "I didn't..know anyone would be out." She said. It was sad really but even though she was sitting out with someone who could kill her with in seconds she was calm about the whole situation. The fifteen year old girl looked at the dark haired man and shivered, slightly scared but slightly bored and unfocused. Logan was a mean guy but he wouldn't kill Selena, would he? She shook the head out of her thought. Looking around she waited for the screams to come out of Wolverine. It would be a shocker if he didn't yell at her more.
Thoughts of her life before the school crossed her mind making Selena shut her eyes and want to cry. Her past wasn't horrible. She wasn't abused or neglected like some of the students were but Selena still cringed at the thoughts of Lowe House. Selena liked the Xavier Manor. She was happier here and it was safer for Selena, she knew that. It was funny to Selena people didn't pay much attention to her eating habits as her mother and the people in the Lowe House. The staff didn't know about her eating disorder but they made several comments.

[Sorry this is short and crappy, didn't really know what to have Wolverine do. We outta think of a way to get this rp more interesting ] Wolverine just growled at the kid when she apologized to him. He didn't need an apology he needed his chicken back. At the kids next comment about not knowing anyone else would be out, Wolverine snarled. "What, you need a list of who's gonna be out and when? YOU shouldn't even be out." Wolverine said, angerly. He then growled again and shook his head. "Why the hell can't I just be left alone" He said to himself. He then walked over to the fountain to look at his chicken. He growled more then looked up at the kid. "You owe me another piece of chicken" he said to her. He looked around to see if the other two kids were around, but there was no sign of them. "And thanks to you those other two troublemakers got away. Damn why can't you kids just stay in when you are supposed to?" He said shaking his head. There were few people Wolverine got along with and not many of them were kids. He just did not have the patience for them. Wolverine had noticed how calm the kid was and in a way it pissed him off more. He would rather have a kid run away from fear, rather then just sit there being all calm about Wolverine's temper. Wolverine growled (something he seemed to do a lot) and decided to just try and ignore the kid. He was in no mood to be in a bad mood. Wolverine figured he had yelled at the kid enough, and that she knew he was pissed. When Wolverine was pissed he had a habit of letting everyone know it. Not knowing what else to do, or say to the girl he simply just growled again and looked at his soaked chicken that was in the fountain.
