GENERAL APPEARANCE---
William is a pretty average 36 year old man. He is fairly tall as he is almost 6 feet in height. He is athletic but of average weight. He works out every day to build muscle, and to maintain it. He has dark brown hair that is never cut too short, and usually falls wherever it wants to. He does not have a long beard and mustache, but does not shave every day. He is fairly neat, but messy at the same time. He keeps himself clean and fit, but does not care what people think about him. He is usually seen wearing sunglasses.
Wardrobe: William pretty much wears what is most comfortable to him, but he does tend to dress up when he is going out in public. When he is just relaxing he likes to wear jeans and a t-shirt. He often wears suits, and is bold enough to wear any colors, including bright ones like yellow, and pink. He does not have any favorite colors and does not mind wearing clothing of any color. For shoes he prefers either tennis shoes, or dress shoes.

GENERAL PERSONALITY---
William really is a good guy. He can be very judgmental at times, stingy, and selfish, but he is trying to make the world a better place the best he knows how. He is always seen with a smile on his face, as he is generally a happy guy. He is not so nice to people he just meets, unless they are in an occupation that is higher up than him (like his bosses), then he can be a very charming man. Even around new people, and people he does not like, he will still smile around them. He does not hold grudges, but he usually finds a witty way to get back at someone he does not like. He is very fond of women, and tends to try to get as many numbers as he can. Once he gets to know a person he can be very loyal, and a good friend. To any mutants though he is the complete opposite. He hates mutants and will do everything he can to get them locked up. Also, his quick wit tends to get him in trouble a lot.

GENERAL HISTORY---
William was born in a small town in England. While growing up, William had a pretty normal life. He was born to Jack and Mary O’Neill. They were a wealthy family as his father worked for the government and made good money. His mother was a stay at home wife. When William was 6, his mother was pregnant with his younger sister. The pregnancy went well, and William had a younger sister named Mary. All throughout growing up William and his sister were very close, and even though they were many years apart people always thought they were twins. They were always known as Willy and Molly. William was always very protective of his sister, and made sure nobody ever picked on her. In return Molly was very loyal to William, and was always helping him with chores, and always gave him advice on girls.
As his father worked for the government he was gone a lot. He also never spoke of what he did at the government, and the kids were not allowed to ask him. But when William turned 17 his father figured he was man enough to find out what his father did for a living, so he brought William to work with him. William was really excited to finally see what his father did for work. As they entered the huge building of his father’s work place, many tanks and cages could be seen and most with people inside. William wondered why they would cage people like that, but he did not ask his father as his father told him William would soon have answers to all his questions.
They had walked into a large building with an observation deck. William, as well as many other people stayed at the observation deck as his father and other workers got suited up. In the large room was a man lying on a table. His father and the other workers got close to the man, holding needles in their hands. The man suddenly sprang up, and began attacking the workers. It was not long before they were all dead.
Since then William has hated mutants as he watched his father get killed by one. That day changed his life forever. When he turned 20 he found out about the AMM and immediately moved to the USA to join. It was hard leaving his sister and his mother behind, but he knew they would do okay as his father left them with a lot of money. William got some of the money as well, and was able to find himself a nice place to live. 16 years later he is a high ranking officer within the AMM group, and soon on his way to top boss.
