Abilities:Nix can manipulate peoples life shadows. A life shadow is a feeling in a way, its created when you have a negative feeling and its the reason that negative feelings feel stronger and last longer than positive ones, nix naturally saps these from people and always has done from the time she was a child, making them feel better and powering herself up. Her body converts these feelings and she can expel them in a number of ways, she herself doesn't even know what she can do with her "“shadows" yet.

Ability Limits:But they are a danger; if she doesn't use the shadow often then they build up and can then burst out in sharp waves and cause extreme damage, so nix must use her shadows often (…or else) --- she also cant any of her powers if she hasn't drained life shadows from someone recently, she would be powerless and totally human has she not taken any in recently

GENERAL APPEARANCE---
Nix has long red hair that comes down to the small of her back and Is always messy no matter what she tries to do with it, she has tamed it a few times before but it's a hard thing to do. She herself is a very tall but slim girl due to the constant use of her powers but she had a fair few muscles so could easily pack a nice punch, her eyes seem to always be bright and glitter when she's scheming but that's always down to the light, we think her skin is pale seeing as her hair is red and she has freckles down her arms and over the bridge of her nose, her ears also stick out just a little more than normal as she always uses them to tuck her hair away from her face
Wardrobe:Firstly it must be known that nix only dresses the way she wants to, always. She always wears black t-shirts or dark grey ones and then black combats that get rolled up or swapped for cotten shorts in summer. she always has a black ribbion around her wrist for tying her hair back should a fight present itself though, she also tends to wear her pair of black fingerless leather glooves when shes training or fighting too She will wear shoes some times but never socks, if she is wearing shoes then they will be black and White converse boots. she longs tends to wear a long black leather coat when its cold or windy as she feels it works well with her shadow powers and matches her shoes very well too

GENERAL PERSONALITY---
Nix has been hurt a lot of her life and so she is a naturally aggressive person as a result. She can seem sharp and rude when you first meet her, unless she‚’s in a good mood or you seem to be in a victim in which case she'll most likely defend you even though you don‚'t know her. She will always stick up for anyone small or weak due to her being hurt and knowing the feeling, she want to prevent anyone ever having to deal the same as her. But she is a kind kid, she takes a while to trust people but when she does she really will give her life to save them.

GENERAL HISTORY---
*cant be bothered with the long version so ill do a little one*

Nix has had a twisted life. Her mother was a young mutant who couldn't control her power, she could control emotions and she found that they only caused her problems. A boy a little older than her helped her though and taught her how to control her powers, he himself could control fire so he knew a little of the feeling. Time passed and the two had a child and got married, but it didn't last. The girl's family found out about her powers and her husbands and they cut her off, only a little later the pair died in a car crash leaving their baby girl alone.

The girl's sister took pity on her and took in the baby but her pity ran dry very soon. It turned out that nix started showing she was different from a very young age, she took to a habit of using her shadows to grow herself a tail. Her aunt hated this and would always take a knife to it, it didn't’ hurt the toddler as the tail wasn't really part if her but it certainly scared her. So as nix grew, she had to use her power because of their built up danger and yet if she was seen using them by her family, she was beaten and cut. She grew up to the age of nine under such care and she was very small, her hair was always messy and she was so thin that the school she attended began to contact home and ask if all was ok.

But one day it all went wrong, nix hadn't been using her powers. Her uncle came home drunk and she happened to be down stairs, doing chores as she was always commanded. He reached out to her and she flinched away which only angered him and she couldn't help it, her shadows defended her and shot out in a small thin waves that cut her uncle though in strips. Nix opened her eyes to see him dead before her and panicked, she ran to her tiny attic room and gathered all she owned before stealing her mother black fingerless gloves and she ran away from her "home"

She managed for about two months before she grew too weak and begging didn't work anymore. She passed out in the winter and would have died had a man not found her and taken her to his home, he feed her and looked after her but that didn't last either. Her tail was a comfort to her so she sat in the nights outside in a tree beside her healing room and she would watch the moon, the man found her their one day with a long tail and he just threw her bag at her and she fell from the tree and started to run again. She was 14 now. She didn't get far but she was found, another man found her and took her to a building and left her beside the door, nix didn'’t have the power to run anymore so she just waited for her fate. It turned out the school was the school for the gifted and once the door was opened, a teacher found her and set about settling her in to the school. She's been there ever since, trying to learn how far her powers can go and trying to forget her past, but its not easy

Nix walked along with her hands deep in the pockets of her black And baggy combats with the light and sweet seaside smelling wind brushing through her hair and blowing it over her face and in to her eyes so she lifted a hand and flicked be odd bits of hair bend her ears before pausing in her walking, he wind blew over her baggy dark grey t-shirt and nix rolled her eyes at herself before whipping some dust from it and sniggering when she found mud on it from her last game of poke-tag. The dirt path that she was walking really didn't smell nice to her nose and the salt air was making her eyes water a little but but that just made the walking more fun for her and her team. She jumped as she heard one of her pokemon mutter something small and then he leant forwards from her shoulder and dropped forwards , nix reached both her arms out and caught him as he fell and then looked down at him, "why?" she asked. Phantom, a level 11 Ralts and nixs little baby pokemon, had actually begun to get a little annoyed as his partners long and messy red hair had kept brushing in to his face and so just to tell nix that clearly, he smiled before opening his mouth, "raaa,lt".

Nix nodded her head and then looked over her shoulder and gave a low whistle and she saw something move in the bushes. A deerling lifted it's head and broke in to a grin and trot towards nix and then butted his head softly against her side as he came over and nix bent down a little and placed her partner on his back. Phantom clapped his hands together and then tain smiled and started to walk along before turning and walking in a circle ,all for phantoms amusement. Nix heard something move in the bushes and she turned, a dark form appeared between the soggy grasses and the trees that surrounded them and nix smiled and looked over her sholder. "will you get over here already!" nix said with a chuckle and a moment later a eevee came running out of the bushes with a grin on her face, the eevee had a odd tuft on her head and a small flicked up tuft at the end of her tail too. Nix smiled at her only female pokemon and then she waved a hand and as Tain and phantom ran forwards to see the eevee who came running over to nix. Nix scooped up her eevee and it mewed up at her with a smile. "I did have to have to boys and mad one didn't I" she said with a small snigger to herself as shadow licked her nose.

Bubbles and blaze turned from ahead of her and both waved back to her, the two were both starters from different regions but they seemed to have found something ahead. Nix stood up from hugging her partner and then lifted the eevee to take her place on her shoulder before she walked towards her two smaller boys
