Wolfgang hated hospitals with a firey passion; hospitals was where people came to be cured, only to be lied to until they dropped dead. Though, Wolfgang had made a promise to his boss that he would go to the hospital in order to deliver some paperwork to a customer, who was being treated for his broken leg. This hospital was especially difficult to walk in, since they had a strict policy on not taking in sick mutants. He even witnessed a child with bright green skin being refused treatment. This was about a month ago, when he was visiting the hospital for the same reason-different client-and watch a mother beg the staff to help her child, who was bleeding all over the place. He didn't want to know what happened next.
He had to wait in the waiting room for about ten minutes before a nurse approached him and told him where the room was. At least, he entertained himself by watching the nurses. At some point, one who couldn't be more than twenty one looked at him and smiled. He winked at her, which resulted in her giggling like a school girl. His only thoughts were, "I wonder how much of a monster she can become if I told her I was a mutant..." At the point, the nurse who ran the front desk told him the room, and he headed for the elevator.
When he found the client's room, he entered to see his wife bent over, kissing him ferociously. The sounds of their bodies smacking together disgusted him. He tapped his hand on the glass of the window, which got their attention. The wife quickly backed away, fixing her blouse, and the man wiped saliva off his face and hurried to cover his crotch. Wolfgang walked over to the man and handed him a stack of papers. Before the man could ask, Wolfgang answered him, "This is just the latest report on the progress of the new building. When you're done reading it, calling the number at the end to talk to the building's construction manager." Nothing like business to make one feel old. Without another word, Wolfgang turned to leave and headed back into the halls. He walked back to the elevator, he was on the tenth floor and hated heights.

Wolfgang entered the elevator, which also contained a nurse, two young women, and a young man. When Wolfgang stepped in the elevator, he almost felt something was wrong. He was often told that being a mutant meant you could sense other mutants; not as a power, but as a sort of sense. There was a man in the elevator, about twenty five, who he felt an odd auro coming from. The man kept moving around, like he was anxious to get off the elevator. To Wolfgang, it seemed odd, though a nurse in the elevator thought he was upset and told him it would be okay. When the elevator stopped moving on the first floor, the man stepped towards the nurse and placed his arms around her. The nurse lifted her hands to push him away, but the man's armed lifted and he grabbed her head. With a swift motion, her neck snapped and she was dead. Wolfgang's closed, "Today... of all days..."
"It's not gonna be okay," The man said to the woman's corpse, that laid on the ground. The other two women opened their mouth's to scream, "DON'T!" The man shouted at them, "I HATE screaming." It was that moment that the doors to the elevator opened and it all began. When the mutant walked into the lobby, people who had blended in the crowds, began to attack. Nurses, patients; bodies went flying as the mutants attacked. A female mutant, with skin like metal shouted to them, "There are five other mutants here; leave them be."
The scene before him seemed so unreal; he almost thought that he had passed out in the waiting room and was simply dreaming all this. Though the scene was clearly real. Only seconds after the fighting began, the power turned off and the world went black. He felt strong at that moment; sitting in the darkness, where he could see everything around him. It almost seemed to become a hunt as humans fled upstairs, the doors sealed shut. Mutants ran up the stairs as well; he could only assume they planned on harming the patients. Never before had he felt no useless; unable to decide if he should fight them or not.

[/i]. The weather of course complied. The sun grew brighter and flooded through every window and open door lighting up the hospital as much as possible. The mutants would have hardly anywhere to hide. Just how Molly liked it. She smiled an innocent smile as she made her way through the reception, killing every mutant she saw. Everyone was fleeing. Most AMMs could only identify mutants who were obvious like different coloured skin or 'accessories' to their bodies. For some reason Molly could identify any mutant. She just got this feeling from them. She never did understand it. It almost felt like belonging but Molly refused to admit that. She was all for using such an ability to her advantage however despite how much she was in denial. Molly began moving through the ground floor to find any mutant who had been left behind. Thus far she could find no other mutants left on the ground floor. She moved to the stairs, going up them to the first floor and began going from room to room there. She flicked her walkie-talkie which was so modern it was an ear device attatched to her ear. She listened to her team's voices, taking in all they said as she looked from one human to the next. They were all scrabbling for the elevators and stairs. There were of course dead mutants on the floor and unfortunately she found one of her team members dead. Pain shot through her heart, and with a heightened resolve she finished her scan through the first floor. She was making her way to the stairs when she heard a ding sound. Turning around she saw an elevator had just opened. It was empty. Curious, Molly went inside and took it up to the second floor. Walking outside she immediately felt a mutant nearby. Molly found herself staring into some shadows. She felt as if there was a mutant in there. She frowned briefly, wondering why one was hiding in the shadows and not doing anything but shrugged it off. She didn't care. Well, it wasn't her job to care. They were to be destroyed. She walked towards him, the sunlight not daring to blind her in the eyes. It was almost as if the sun had adjusted itself for that very purpose. When she got close enough she found she could see a pair of piercing blue eyes. She found herself pausing briefly. They were definately a beautiful pair of blue eyes. Her emerald green eyes watched him briefly before she got back to business. Killing mutants. She heard from the leader of the team that the rest of the mutants had ganged up together on the third floor and that every member of the team was to get their asses up there. "Affirmitive Alpha. Will be up there as soon as I finish this stray."She responded before moving her gun to adjust her aim so she could shoot the male mutant in the heart. Each time Molly told herself they were criminals akin to murderers. Her brother believed it, the AMM believed it, and Molly being as niave and gullible as she was along with her father being murdered by a mutant she believed it too. [/sub][/ul][/blockquote]

It seemed that the Anti Mutant Military was rather quick to respond. It only meant one thing; one of their own turned them in. It seemed that the woman made of metal was in charge. As the guns went off, many mutants fled to the upstairs. He was never certain if the Military had ways of finding if someone was a mutant; but he wasn't safe here. Wolfgang felt like a child, in the dark shadows of the elevator; standing there foolishly. His eyes glowed in the dark... how could he forget that? He could exit through the shadows, of course. But, he felt unable to leave the hospital. He pondered if a mutant with psychic abilities were holding them there. He had to find the one in charge. But then, one of the soldiers approached him. She was beautiful and it made him sick; "Ugly creatures... humans... should be ugly on the outside, as well.". She aimed to shoot him. His heart beat sped up and instantly, he sunk into the shadows, dissapearing in the darkness.
Wolfgang reappeared at the top floor, rising from a shadow casted by tables and equipment that had been tossed to the floor. He appeared from the shadow beneath the reckage and pushed it off of him. As he stood up, he could hear people talking. He came to the conclusion he was in an operating room that had a small room above in which there were windows that could be looked through and down on the surgery. Wolfgang turned and looked up into the glass, which had been broken; completely shattered. He followed the aim and realized they had thrown a doctor through the window; his body laid dead on the operating table. Through the window, Wolfgang could see three mutants; one being the woman with the metal skin, another being the one who was standing with him in the elevator, and another, a woman who could not be older than himself.
"They had to've been tipped!" The young girl screamed. The metallic woman nodded at her. "We've lost too many of ours," The woman began, "-but I want to make sure we don't leave empty handed. Phase, go to the medicine storage units and take as much antibiotics as you can-and hurry, before they are spoiled!" The younger girl seemed to instantly seep right through the floor and then came out the wall and walked towards Wolfgang. It was obvious that she saw him, but continued walking; her body seeping through every object that stood in her way. "Learn your allegiances!" She called to him, knowing he was a mutant.

[/b] Molly cursed, growling slightly in annoyance that the male mutant seemed to just disappear. She noted he seemed to disappear in shadows and made sure if she saw him again she'd shoot him before he disappeared into any shadows. She spun on the spot and jogged for the stairs. She ran up the stairs to the next floor and ended up coming out the door onto the third floor just as a female mutant had passed. Molly watched the female heading for where the medicines were kept. She didn't even see the male mutant that had disappeared on her. Molly followed her, deciding it would be best to kill her where no one else could see. The second the female walked into the medicine room - she actually went through a wall! - Molly bolted inside. She shot the woman right in the back of the head, watching as the woman fell to the ground with a thud. One down, more to go. She turned, listening to her ear piece briefly. The two mutants in charge were apparently on this floor and not too far from where she was. One of them had metal skin which was giving the team a hard time. After all even the stun and tranquiliser guns couldn't get past metal. Molly made her way back the way she had come before turning a different direction. She moved silently until she came to one of the doors that led to the room where the two leaders of the mutants and the rest of their scraggly arm had retreated to. She eyed the metal skinned female knowing they'd have to do something to either get through the metal or get her to get rid of the metal skin. She found herself thinking about electricity. A strong enough charge from electricity or lightning could kill the female with ease. Suddenly thunder roared above the hospital causing Molly to jump a little. It had been sunny a few seconds ago... Biting her bottom lip she found herself a little thankful though for the storm. If she was lucky lightning would somehow get through and hit the metal female. Unfortunately the female was in the middle of the room which meant it would be hard if not impossible for the lightning to get in through the windows. She glanced up at the ceiling noticing the skylight above the metal female's head. Perfect. Lifting her gun she aimed and fired. Glass scattered everywhere and seconds later a strong bolt of lightning hit the metal female right in the chest. Molly watched in slight horror and awe as the female began convulsing before she fell to the floor. Molly moved into the room just as her team did. Two of the team walked over to the metal female whilst the male mutant backed off, and declared the metal female dead. Molly found herself in shock a little. She forced herself to ignore the odd coincidences that had been happening in her life and focused on the mutants and humans in the room. They were all that were remaining in the hospital. Fortunately it was a big room. Of course there were some human patients that could not leave their beds so not everyone was here. "Good going Molly." The team leader spoke, commenting on her shooting of the skylight which turned out to be to their advantage. She felt so happy she had done something great that she didn't even notice the storm fade away to be replaced by bright sunlight. [/ul][/sub][/blockquote]

Wolfgang's only thought was that their plans were to get medicine for sick mutants. He felt himself being torn between two worlds; where the mutants were trying to help themselves and survive while the humans tried to kill them. Then again, he felt that he could not blame all the humans for what some did and that mutants should not use their powers to kill humans, who cannot defend themselves without guns. The only thing that he knew for sure was that the woman was living in a lie; anyone could see she was a mutant. He could only wonder if she was playing them all for fools, or completely oblivious to her true nature. The young man sunk into the darkness of the shadows and reappeared outside the building, where he quickly headed back to his apartment, unable to let go of the image burned in his skull. He felt he would meet her again and maybe, this time, the guns will be pointed on her, "-and won't she know how we all feel..." He could only imagine the way she would feel; but who knows, maybe they will not abandon their own? Even when she isn't their own?
