Wolverine's mood was pretty terrible. It was a nice night out, the moon was out and all the stars could be seen, and even though Wolverine loved those kinds of nights he was still in a very bad mood. The day had greatly affected his mood, so much that if a student even looked at him, Wolverine would yell at them to shut up. He had been up on and off the night before, and had been out most of the morning, so he was very tired. He had returned from doing Wolverine-type things in the early afternoon, and had immediately went to the kitchen to find out as usual, there was nothing good to eat. When he went out though, he usually never told anyone when he was leaving, or what he was doing. Occasionally the Professor just knew what he was up to, but Wolverine never talked about it. When he had walked out of the kitchen he had to weave through the many students that were hanging around in the halls. That did not help his mood any.
Even as the day went by, Wolverine's mood stayed about the same. When night came he decided to get out of the Manor for a while. He knew that he wouldn't be able to handle the students for much longer. He had gone into his room, showered and changed, and headed out. He rode on his motorcycle as he headed for the streets. It seemed lately that every night he was going out to do his own thing. The stress of everything was starting to get to him. He had first headed to the bar, drank as much as he possible could to at least get a buzz, then he headed out to just walk around in the streets. As it was such a nice night out he figured he needed to be alone so he could try enjoying the night.
So here he was, walking along the streets in the dark, alone. Most people would be afraid to be alone in the dark, but it didn't bother Wolverine any. There was nothing around that he was afraid of and if anyone tried picking a fight with him he would just use his claws to shut em up. As he walked he sniffed around. At first he didn't smell anything unusual, but then a smell appeared. He knew it was a person he just didn't recognize the smell. He looked around but couldn't see anything. He didn't even hear anything until the sound of something falling could be heard. Wolverine looked up, and he was about to extend his claws at what he saw, but he was too late. The person landed right on top of him. "Argh!" Wolverine yelled as he grabbed for the person. Then more people appeared, some carrying guns, others carrying club-like batons. As Wolverine was busy with the person that was on top of him, another person came running and began hitting Wolverine in the legs with their baton.
Someone else shot him with their stun gun. It didn't affect Wolverine much, but it did piss him off. "Get the fuck off of me!" He yelled at the guy that was still on top of him, as he grabbed a hold of him and tossed him across the street. More people jumped at Wolverine, and he kicked and punched them away. There was a moment of silence as the people just stood around him, but didn't attack. They seemed to be observing him. Wolverine extended his claws, and growled at them. "You wanna fight bub?" He said to the guy that had been on top of him, as the guy walked towards Wolverine.

[/i]. They had threatened to hurt him and she was going to make all of them pay. Sharona leapt at the next nearest soldier, slamming all four paws against his body forcing him to fall back onto the ground with a thud. She looked at him with a menacing delight before her head ploughed downwards. Seconds later her head came up, a heart in her jaws and a large hole in the soldier's chest. She turned her head to stare at the others, making it absolute clear how everyone else would end up if they continued fighting. [/sub][/ul][/blockquote]

As Wolverine was pretty busy with trying to keep the guys away from him, he hadn't even noticed a certain smell was near. He hadn't paid any attention to the sound of a tiger coming either (even though it had let out a loud roar), as he barely even heard it with all the growling and snarling and yelling he was doing. So it was a complete surprise when the tiger appeared. Wolverine automatically knew who she was. It was the woman/tiger that he had fought at the high school. He looked at her, and snarled as he was prepared to fight her as well. It surprised him a first though, when she lunged at the man that had been walking towards Wolverine. They were humans though, and she seemed to love to eat humans. The tiger was definitely vicious as she bit into the man’s neck. She then lunged for another guy, and at that same time two guys jumped at Wolverine. He growled and punched them away. Another guy came at Wolverine and he sliced them with his claws.
So there they were, fighting side by side. In-between guys jumping at Wolverine, he looked at the tiger and growled. "What the hell are you doing here?" He asked as he then head butted another guy. As attractive as she was, both in human form and in tiger form, it pissed Wolverine off that she would just jump in the fight like that. It had nothing to do with her. As he growled more at her a couple more guys came at him from behind and whacked at his legs with their batons. Wolverine snarled, turned around, and grabbed each one by their hair. "I don't know who the fuck you are but you messed with the wrong mutant" He said as he knocked their heads together them tossed him aside. He then looked back at the tiger. "I can handle this myself" He said as a guy then jumped on top of him, and he struggled to try and get the guy off. One of the guys then managed to radio to someone else calling for backup. It seemed Wolverine and the tiger had done some pretty bad damage as most of the guys were on the ground dead from the tiger, or very badly hurt from Wolverine. As much as Wolverine hated to admit it, they made a pretty damn good team.
They had maybe a minute of resting time before more men arrived; carrying bigger guns, nets, and other weapons. Wolverine growled loudly at them. "Looks like they wanna play too" He said to the tiger. He wiped off some dried blood on his forehead, and watched as the reinforcements came. He was completely ready to fight them as well.

[/i] Sharona berated herself. It seemed they realised the darts wore off quickly on her because they kept shooting them at her, not giving her quick healing much time to get rid of the tranquiliser. She growled in fustration, forcing herself to stay standing despite feeling woozy. Sharona lunged at the soldiers shooting her - damn it there was more then one, and some were even using stun guns - but she managed to tear a leg off one soldier. That one was definately down, and judging by the screaming probably not coming up again any time soon. Shaking her head, Sharona then made ran as best as she could - which wasn't in a straight line - charging right into another soldier. At this point Sharona was beyond fustrated at the five soldiers left who were still shooting at her. A part of her wished they would just use real bullets instead of tranquilisers and stun guns. At least then she would feel real pain and be able to fight properly. It took more work then usual but she managed to slaughter all those around her. A minute later the drugs were out of her system. Finally. Sharona glanced at Wolverine and exhaled in relief. He was fine. Unfortunately that was when the back-up came. There were so many soliders, with a lot more dangerous weapons. Sure, she had quick healing as Wolverine did. She could go on forever when it comes to healing wounds but she still got tired as much as the next guy. Sharona wasn't scared for herself. She didn't care about herself in this moment. She'd willingly give herself to the AMM for Wolverine's freedom. Right now she was scared for Wolverine. Sharona growled in fustration, stepping ahead so she was infront of Wolverine and looked the soldiers dead in the eye with a look that said 'i will kill you all and won't regret it'. She found herself thinking there must be a quicker way to kill them all. Then she realised something - they were human. Humans could kill easily. She and Wolverine couldn't. A smirk rose on her feline maw. She knew just what to do. She glanced around whilst still facing the soldiers to see if what she needed was around. She saw it behind the soldiers on the street. Growling in annoyance, Sharona knew she was just going to have to do it, and if Wolverine thought she was abandoning him then so be it. Without a second thought Sharona bolted. Her paws slammed against the earth as she charged right at the soldiers. She pounced from one soldier to the next, brutually shoving her way through the army until she was on the other side. A few followed her as she ran across the street. As soon as she was beside the car she changed from tiger to human. She ran around the other side, knocking out a human with a lighter whom had been smoking. She then grabbed the container of gasoline and spun round to face the soldiers on the other side. A smirk rose on her lips as they began to figure out just what she was going to do. First, she had to get the soldiers all into one place. Sharona jumped on top of the car and then off it, flipping over the small group of soldiers that had followed her. Sharona then took off back towards Wolverine, growling again in annoyance as she was shot by not only real bullets, but tranquilisers and stun guns as well which altogether were slowing her down. This would have been so much easier in tiger form. Sharona thought but knew she couldn't carry anything as a tiger, especially something so small as a lighter. [/sub][/ul][/blockquote]

When Wolverine had a few seconds break from people attacking him, he had tried forcing himself not to look at the tiger, but he had failed. Something in his brain had overpowered his will to just ignore the tiger, and it had forced him to watch her. She was a pretty good fighter, but Wolverine knew he was better, not that it mattered at the time as they both needed each other to fight the new batch of humans that were arriving. He would have been happier if she had just not joined the fight to begin with as she was just a distraction for him. It was hard for him not to watch her and he couldn't figure out why. There was nothing he could do about the situation though. More people were coming, Wolverine was getting even more pissed, and the tiger was getting shot by tranquilizers. It wasn't a very good position for Wolverine or the tiger to be in. They were stuck fighting with each other, but as the minutes went by Wolverine found himself being less angry at the tiger for joining the fight.
When more humans arrived the tiger stepped in front of Wolverine. He looked at her with a somewhat surprised yet pissed off look on his face. It was one thing for her to join the fight and fight with him, but it was almost as if she was trying to protect him. Wolverine couldn't help but growl at the fact that the tiger thought he needed to be protected. Wolverine knew he could handle himself as he had many times before. Wolverine was about to yell to the tiger to get out of his way when she ran away. "I knew you'd chicken out at some point" Wolverine said, growling. He then stared at the humans and got ready for them to attack him. The tiger had plowed some of them over when she ran off, but she hadn't gotten them all. Once they recovered they looked at Wolverine, and a couple of them shot him with their tranquilizer guns. Just a couple tranquilizers didn't do much for Wolverine, but a few more tranquilizers were shot into him, and a net was tossed over him. Wolverine snarled and ripped the darts out of him and began struggling to get the net off of him. A few of the humans ran at Wolverine and jumped on top of him trying to get him to stay down as he had fallen on his knees from all the darts in him.
As Wolverine was busy dealing with the humans being on top of him he didn't even notice what the tiger was doing. He had just assumed she had taken off and left him to deal with things himself. Once he threw the humans off of him and ripped through the net though, he saw the tiger running towards him, this time she was in human form. "Damn. One of these times you undress like that when we are not fighting each other, or with each other. Well, unless it’s rough sex. I wouldn’t mind that." Wolverine said as he couldn't help himself from staring at the naked woman. He had a hard time fighting his male feral instincts of jumping on top of the woman and having his way with her. It wasn't the time to think about that though, and Wolverine forced himself to pay attention to fighting the humans. He did wonder what she was up to though, and he could not help himself from turning his head towards her in between trying to fight off the humans.
It seemed she was having a hard time being in human form and dealing with the guns and all the other weapons the humans had. So when one of the humans jumped at Wolverine again, he grabbed them by the back of their shirt, and by their leg, and tossed them at a bunch of the humans that were bothering the woman. "Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" he said, growling at them. He then ran towards more humans that were near the woman, and he jumped at them, swinging his claws at them, cutting them up. "What the hell are you going to do?" he said to the woman once he was near her. It seemed she was going to try blowing something up. Wolverine didn't think it was such a good idea, but it seemed the only thing they could do. The humans were not going to give up until Wolverine and the woman were captured, and that was not an option.

[/i]. She didn't even realise she was screaming. Soon enough the soldiers were burnt to a crisp, and so the fire died out with nothing to feed off of. Sharona was laid in the middle of the ashed corpses, her body twitching. Sharona sighed inwardly - note to self, do not burn ones self ever again. She waited as her body healed. Once it had she slowly sat up, running a hand through her ebony hair. Well, at least the fight was over and the bonfire had worked. She flexed the muscles in her arms and legs before tentatively standing up. Her body was definately back to normal. She looked around for Wolverine. Upon seeing him she gave a tentative smile, unsure as to what his reaction would be now. She slowly stepped towards him with all the grace and power of a predator whilst still managing to seem humanly feminine as well as perhaps even unsure. She came to a halt infront of him, trying to come up with something to say. "They're gone."Stupid! was the first thing Sharona thought as the words came out of her mouth. [/sub][/ul][/blockquote]

Wolverine was fighting the humans when the woman started jumping on them, trying to get to him. Soon she was on the ground right next to him. He saw the way she was looking at him and he couldn't tell if she was about ready to fight him, or to jump on him wanting to have sex with him. She then quickly turned around and kneed a guy in the balls. Wolverine just stared at her with his eyebrows raised. He wondered if she had thought of doing that to him, but decided to do it to another guy instead. Wolverine just growled at the thought as it wasn't a pleasant one. She then began running away and Wolverine could not figure out what the hell she was doing. Wolverine began running after her, punching humans down as he went. There were a lot of them so Wolverine could tell they were pissed that him and the woman were doing so much damage to them, and were avoiding being caught.
Wolverine knew she planned on blowing something up or setting something on fire, but he wasn't sure where or even how she was going to do it. As she had just run off he figured she was trying to pick the right place. At first he wasn't sure why she was being so picky about where she killed the humans, but then remembered they were in the middle of the streets where there were a lot of buildings, and a lot of cars as well as innocent people. He had a hard time believing she was trying to do the right thing as he had seen her just randomly kill innocent people. Wolverine growled as he ran after her hoping she was going to be smart about what she was going to do. He thought about what the Professor would do which was something he did quite a bit when he fought. Before he joined the Xmen he didn't care much about other people and he always did his own thing. When he fought with someone he didn't care who around him got hurt. Now that he was part of the Xmen though, he started thinking about the innocent people that were around. Not that he ever purposely hurt innocent people, but it seemed he was always having one of his rages where he could not control who he hurt. He didn't have those rages quite so much anymore.
When Wolverine finally caught up to the woman she had already lit everything, including herself, on fire. "Dammit" Wolverine said as he watched as the humans and the woman burned. The smell was horrible especially with his enhanced smelling and he had a hard time not coughing from the smell. One of the humans were screaming pretty loudly and as soon as they saw Wolverine they ran towards him. Wolverine was able to kick the person away and avoid catching himself on fire, but it hadn't been easy. Once the fire had died down all that was left was burnt people. "Damn" Wolverine said as he coughed from the smell as it was really strong. The woman looked horrible but it was not long before she looked normal again. Her healing ability seemed to work as well as Wolverine did.
The woman then got up and walked up to Wolverine. "No shit" he said when she told him that they were gone. They looked pretty gone to him. Wolverine could then hear sirens and he was sure someone had finally called the ambulance and everyone else. "We should get out of here" Wolverine said. He wasn't exactly sure what he should say to the woman. The first time they had met they had fought and he had witnessed her killing innocent people. The second time she had helped him fight a battle, and she had still killed humans but she had made sure not to harm any innocent ones. She definitely was very hard to figure out, but for some reason Wolverine found himself liking it. Wolverine looked around at the mess, then back at the woman. He then grunted. "There's a bar I go to. I'm going there now. I need some beer. Wanna come." He said strangely. He was still gruff about asking her to come, actually he had been very gruff about it, but his uncertainness could be heard as well. He just had no idea what to do with the woman who had seemed to change a lot in a little period of time. He couldn't be positive if the change was real, or if she had done it for some odd reason to get him to like her. Either way he figured drinking some beer with her couldn't hurt any. And he definitely needed some alcohol.

[/b] Sharona responded, hesitating briefly before placing a kiss on his cheek and then running off down the alley to the street. She darted to the left and ran on the pavement until she came to the bench where her dress laid haphazardly. Grasping it, she slipped it on over her nude frame. It was floor length, of course, so it hid her barefeet. She knew in the places Wolverine probably frequented this sort of dress - one that millionaire's wives wore - would stand out but Sharona wasn't bothered by it. She could defend herself with ease, and well, maybe if she got lucky Wolverine would protect her again. Maybe even take his shirt off... Shaking her head she forced her hormones to be quiet before turning to walk back to Wolverine. She couldn't appear easy or desperate. She was a tigeress. Independant, fierce, and passionate. She could have anyone she wanted, and that was how she should act. Aloof, but not too aloof. Aloof but interested. She had to show him she could be what he wanted yet not in a wierd clingy freaky type way some humans did. She was soon at Wolverine's side and offered him a casual smile as she forced herself to keep her composure. She had to bury her hormones and any trace of the little girl she used to be. She had to be alert. A predator was nothing if not opportunistic. "Ready."[/sub][/ul][/blockquote]

Wolverine and the woman had definitely made a mess. It hadn't been their fault, but they certainly were going to be blamed for it if they didn't get out of there. Wolverine wasn't one to run away, but he certainly did not want to deal with any more people as they had dealt with enough of them. The people that had tried fighting with them were either dead, dead turned to ashes, or wounded. Any of Wolverines wounds had already healed. He could have fought more but he simply did not want to. His fighting for the day was over. That did not mean he wouldn’t fight later that night, or the next day if someone pissed him off as he usually never turned down a fight.
Wolverine had decided to head to where he was before he got attacked in the street ways, which was the bar. He could be seen at the bar many times a day as he never stayed drunk for long so had to keep going back to get drunk again. It seemed like a very good time to get drunk again. He had asked the woman if she wanted to come along too as he wasn't going to just leave her there, naked. Her response had actually surprised him as he had just assumed she would say no and walk away. Instead though, she had said yes, and kissed him on the cheek before running to get her clothes. Wolverine just stared at her as she ran down the street. "Alright" He said to himself, shaking his head. He stood there waiting for the woman and it was not long before she was beside him saying she was ready to go. He then nodded his head at her and began walking towards the bar.
