Since Kiara had mentioned that there was a combat training range on the grounds, Faith had been itching to try it out. It took her some bit of digging to learn more about the area, and found out that her father had been the instructor of that subject. She had gotten up extra early that morning after having one more difficult night full of nightmares that kept her up most of it, and quickly got herself some breakfast. The bacon and sausage looked good to her, but she didn’t know how to cook. So she just ended up getting herself a bowl of cereal, and then after cleaning up after herself she decided to warm herself up by doing a jog around the mansion. She ended up in the area she had learned would give her one hell of a workout, especially if she used one of her father’s programs.
She had been giving him a wide berth since their confrontation in the medical bay, and she really didn’t want to run into him again. She had already made up her mind she was leaving, but the only reason she hasn’t left to go get X-23 was because she knew she make the mission a success without help. She had already figured out that her father didn’t like her, most likely hate her, and he has no clue as to who she really was. And from the ‘welcome’ she had received from him, he wasn’t going to find out anytime soon. She briefly closed her eyes, pushing back all those harmful emotions, and opened them again. It was time to test herself, really test herself.
The sun peeked over the treetops as Faith approached the controls for the combat sessions and started up the system. She looked at the list of available programs, and decided to start with the top one on the list. They were of course all created by Logan, AKA Wolverine, and she just wanted to see how well she can match him. The Facility only had footage of his combat, but that was nothing compared to actually having him there fighting her. Of course with her self made promise of avoiding him, she just would allow herself to walk up to him and ask him to spar with her. So this was the next best thing in her mind.
She started the program and got ready for being ambushed. Her hearing clearly hearing the gears and machinery foretelling of moving parts as phasers sprang up from the ground. Not having her father’s claws or even the adamantium, she can only dodge those blasts. Of course her healing would have taken care of her if she got hit, but that hurt and she wanted to avoid pain as much as possible. She rolled to her feet, still crouched in a defensive position, and her head swerved around her making her ready for anything else coming at her. She got to her feet and began to ran when she saw some metal turned spiked balls coming toward her. She managed to knock a few away without getting spiked, but that was it. She had dodged and ran from the others ones, and she soon saw the goal ahead of her. She heard something else get launched at her, and the turned her head just in time to see a weighted net get flown in her direction. She ducked and rolled off to the side narrowly avoided being trapped.
Faith leapt to her feet and looked around her waiting for something else to be launched at her. She wasn’t disappointed when she heard the launching of something a bit heavy and metal. She turned her head in the direction it came from and saw what appeared to be circular saw blades flying towards her. If she wasn’t careful she could easily lose her head, literally. Those things could easily decapitate her, and she would be very dead. She couldn’t help but think for a brief moment that she should let one of them tear her head from the rest of her body, but she shook that thought from her mind. She ducked the one that was aiming for her neck, letting it embed itself into a tree behind her. She deflected the rest with some well placed kicks and punches.
She waited for a moment to make sure there was no other surprises and then she quickly rushed toward the end of the path. As soon as she made it, she heard the system close out and shutdown. If she wanted to do another one, she was going to have to go back to the other end and restart it. She stood there at the finish line and admired her handiwork, when she sensed someone approaching. She couldn’t help but think that for a brief moment it might have been her father, but she seriously doubted it was. He seemed to be avoiding her like she was him. ”I’ll get outta your way.” She said quietly a bit distant, turning to walk away.

Deadpool snuck around the corner, glancing either way before dashing down the hallway. He had absolutely no clue as to where he was in the giant mess of a school.
"I swear, every damn hallway I go down leads back to the main hall..." he grumbled under his breath. "It's like a friggin' labrynth. Now all we need are some singing magic babies and we're set to film the sequel..."
Laughing at his own joke, he began to sing the chorus to "Magic Dance", but stopped abruptly when he came to what appeared to be a large training room. He saw a lone girl darting through an obstacle course from hell. Realizing that she was coming his way, he darted up the nearest tree, crouching on a relatively sturdy branch. The girl crossed the finish line, then seemed to sense his presence. ”I’ll get outta your way.”
Deadpool burst out laughing. He couldn't help it. She would get out of his way?! She was the one doing the crazy stunts, not him! He was laughing so hard, he lost his grip and tumbled out of the tree, landing hard on his back. For once, he was grateful for the mask that covered his face, so she couldn't see who exactly this idiot falling out of a tree was.
"Ohh, I'm sorry," he sighed, pulling himself back to his feet and dusting his red and black suit off. "That was just really funny. You're a real comedian. Like I'd go do something like that. I mean, first off, I don't even live here, so I'm pretty sure they'd get pissed off if I tried. Second off, I don't even want to do that. It looks like something from the Weapon X program. Except not as evil and hey-I'm-gonna-kill-you."

Faith was just about to walk away and return inside when she heard someone fall out of a tree and landed with a heavy thud behind her. She automatically crouched into a defensive stance and twirled around to face whoever it was that had fell out of the flora with laughter at her statement. For all she knew they could be there to hurt her, or sent to take her back to the Facility. She couldn’t help but let the idea of actually going back slip into her mind at that moment. Perhaps then she wouldn’t have her father trying to kill her. Not that she could handle that, she did have his healing ability after all. What she couldn’t handle was being stuck her waiting for her father to pull his head out of ass and realize that they have to go get X-23 before they did something to her that might not be reversible. So far the clone of her father was the nicest person to her, and she didn’t want anything happen to her.
"Ohh, I'm sorry, That was just really funny.
She eyed the guy warily as he pulled himself up to his feet, not really trusting him. She let him know by the growl that escaped her as he dusted himself off. ”What makes you think that I live here? And who said you wanted to do that? But since you mentioned it, no wonder that amateur program was easy. I wonder if I’ll get the whole ‘evil and hey-I’m-gonna-kill-you’ experience with the last program created. Just to see how well those bastards trained me…” She said in a guarding tone as she eyed the beginning of the path…

"Oh?" Deadpool grinned, croosing his arms across his chest and leaning back against the tree. "Well, aren't you the fiesty one." He eyed the girl curiously. She reminded him of someone, but he couldn't put his finger on who it was...
He noticed her eying the beginning of the path. "Oh, trust me, if that thing is anything like Weapon X, you won't wanna do it. I don't care who trained you, or how tough you think you are. You'll loose your head. Literally." He giggled at his accidental joke. Waving a gloved hand as if to brush off the notion, he continued. "Plus, only someone who was actually in Weapon X could actually design something like that, and I only know of one person who would be crazy enough to want to build it."
Brushing past the girl, he walked over to the controls. Leaning over the screen, he reached over to fiddle with the controls. "Ooh! What's this do?" He asked gleefully, reaching for a large red button.

Faith eyed the man cautiously, not sure if he was friend or foe. Something seemed off about him, and his mouth didn’t help her feel any better either. Feisty was an understatement. She was more than feisty, she was cantankerous at the least. Well could one blame her, with what Weapon X put her through and all. Then the pig headed man that she knew was her father would not even get in the same side of this place with her, which of course was fine by her. She couldn’t stand him, just like she was sure and certain he couldn’t stand her. Well what would one expect? They were both animalistic type of mutants, just that she wasn’t as free as he was at her age.
She snapped her eyes over at the man as he talked about Weapon X and how she doesn’t want to do another program. She growled in response to his statement, and sniffed the air again. She was slowly losing her patience with this man, and her body screamed it to anyone half blind. ”What makes you think I haven’t lost my head already? And we both know you are talking about Wolverine, so drop the pretense.” She finally ground out her response to his rambling, and spat out her father’s codename as if it were poison. She couldn’t help but briefly wonder why she had even stayed after the run in with him in the medical lab when she arrived.
”Ooh! What’s this do?”
Faith couldn’t help the warning, dangerous growl that escaped her when he brushed past her toward the control panel on that end. He began to fiddle with them, knowing that he was messing with training equipment and could potentially cause dangerous situations for others. Then when he reached for a button that just screamed ‘DO NOT TOUCH’, she couldn’t stop herself from snarling out loud. She launched herself at him in an attempt to tackle him away from the console. Her only thought was to keep the other potential users safe from his idiocy actions. ”I have no idea, but it can’t be good when pressed!” She snarled at him when she was certain that he was away from the button.

Deadpool saw the girl charge at him out of the corner of his eye. He easily sidestepped, watching as she soared past him, a smug smile plastered across his face.
"Wolverine! That's it!" he cried out in an overly dramatic voice, lifting his hands from the controls to clap his hands together in glee. " I knew you reminded me of someone. You have the same attitude as that surly bastard."
Turning back to the controls, Deadpool glanced down at the complex console, his newfound revelation spurring on his curiosity. "Well," he muttered half to himself. "My common sense is tingling, so the red button's a no-go. What else is there to mess with?" One of his free hand snaked its way over to the gun holster on his hip, flicking the safety on and off unconsciously. His grin spread wider as he spun the dial all the way to the maximum setting. "Shall we give it a go, wolf girl?" he called back to the girl.

Faith didn’t quite expect the guy to just sidestep her launch, but she didn’t show the surprise that she felt only slightly to an extent. She tucked and rolled when she knew she missed him, only to spring up to her feet ready once more for another confrontation. She had of course learned that lesson very early and very well in her life. She was taking no chances with him, and nor was she letting him out of her watchful sight. She didn’t trust him, and she was almost positively certain that he knew it as well. When he seemed to be happy that he suddenly remembered the name he was looking for, he was of course starting to get on her last bit of calm nerves she had left. He mentioned how she had the same attitude as her father, and she couldn’t help the low, loud snarl slash growl that escaped her at the comparison. ”Growing up in the environment that gave him his adamantium skeleton tends to do that to ya…” She responded on the guarded side, portraying he better stop talking about Logan and Weapon X or there was going to be one pissed off feral mutant on his hands.
”Well, My common sense is tingling, so the red button’s a no-go. What else is there to mess with? Shall we give it a go, wolf girl?”
The feral mutant girl eyed him suspiciously as he continued to fiddle with the console, and she couldn’t help the growling that continued to escape her as he did. This guy was annoying, and his mouth reminded her of someone she had also learned about in her youth. However for the life of her, she couldn’t remember who it was exactly. Just that she knew her and her father hated the annoying mouth on them. They never did shut up, and it seems that this guy didn’t either. Then when he called her ‘wolf girl’, she snarled loudly like an wild animal about to attack their prey. There very few things that she hated more than the Facility, and being called names that were in teasing fun was one of them. ”My name isn’t ‘wolf girl’!!!” She shouted at him, and balled her hands into fists. He was starting to annoy the crap out of her, and she just wanted to rip his jaw off so he couldn’t talk any more.

Deadpool grinned back at the girl, excited by her anger. He was itching for a fight, and she was there, prepped and ready. Punching the activation button, the training machine behind him revved to life, turning the room into one giant death trap. Leaping backwards straight into the middle of the fray, he danced around the flashing blades with uncannny grace and speed.
"Let's dance, wolf girl," he laughed. "I, Deadpool, will be your opponent on this fine evening." He bowed dramatically, unsheathing both his katana as he rose back up to his full height. Twirling the blades expertly, he waited for the girl to make her move.
