She had asked the Professor to call this meeting. She needed to tell them. And she had asked a few other students to be allowed in as well. Jonathan, mainly, but also a new girl with powers over electrical currents. She knew the new girl would be helpful in rescuing her sister from the humans. She took a breath, then allowed the scanners to identify her. Once the lift door opened, she walked inside, watching as the door slid closed again. The lift descended, and the door opened again. She stepped out, hearing the door slide closed behind her.
Kiara sighed softly. It was herself who had asked that this meeting be called. It was she that would do most of the talking. She looked at her hands, finally devoid of the gloves she used to wear as a kid. Her powers were finally becoming controllable. That could very well be the key in rescuing her sister...
Thank goodness Jonathan was going to be next to her. His presence alone was enough to give her the confidance to make her way through this. She just hoped he would get here soon...
She walked into the War Room, only to find the Professor waiting for her. She nodded toward him. She had already explained that she wanted to wait for everyone to get there before she started explaining anything. Jonathan already knew, but he was the only one.
